Why Arent Working PS3 game saves I download?

Let me download my flash disk, but when I put on my ps3 it says that their is no help.

Your Flash Player must have accurate records on them, for example, to save the game I think should be: PS3 folder, then inside the folder then put the SAVEDATA save files in that folder. They must be in capital letters, exactly as I want or do not work.
